Hello guys, welcome back to Kick Lab.
Today is an amazing day because I’m here
with my partner Jason and I going to teach the sprawl, it’s takedown defense. What do you think Jake?
Well with wrestling the
single leg and the double leg takedown
is gonna be their first weapons so if
you’re a striker the best way to stop
them from taking you down is the sprawl.
Let’s go do it. Let’s go guys, come on.
So guys, you have a sprawl in
different situations. So that’s what I use
when I fight because I feel more
comfortable when my opponent come to
attack me and I’m using my shoulder in
their back.
That’s a good technique that’s why I use it a lot and it works for me.
So that’s the fight position, when my opponents try to take my leg
I use my hand and put my shoulder in the back for hold.
