other times the mind
judo teaches you to know how to fall
and how to get up
physically
psychologically
thanks to a special fall’s technique
and the constant stimulation of the vestibular apparatus
that get used the body to disperse the vibrations caused by the impact on the ground
and to develop resistance to acceleration, orientation and balance skills
but above all thanks to the develope of resilience and mental hardness

that the judoka acquires during the practice
and that allow him to improve recovery skills after the defeat
increasing its commitment to achieve the result
reacting to the critical events, frustration and stress of life
judo falls are used in many other sports
because they are designed to guarantee the safety of those who practice them
the ‘greatest’ happiness is not to never fall but to rise again after a fall
